Tramstation "Berliner Platz" Line 1 and Line 2
The Schwerin Nature Conservation Centre is situated in Schwerin-Zippendorf on the southern shore of Lake Schwerin opposite the islands Kaninchenwerder and Ziegelwerder.
- Come by bike or on foot along the beautifull lake shore via Franzosenweg.
- From Schwerin city use the tram line 1 or 2 towards Hegelstraße. Leave the tram at Berliner Platz station, cross Crivitzer Chaussee via pedestrian bridge Bosselmannstraße.
- In summer there is also the possibility to reach the Nature Conservation Centre by a ferry of the "Weiße Flotte" line starting from the famous castle towards Zippendorfer pier.
- If you arrive by bus or car, you reach us via Autobahn A241, Crivitzer Chaussee/Bosselmannstr. and use the beach parking area.
